DESCRIPTION

“Reindeer and Herring with Yogurt, Banana and Strawberries” recipe provides two sources of high quality protein. Reindeer meat has a high quality of vitamin B12, as do others of group B. On the other hand, it contains a lot of iron and proteins. Herring is a food rich in vitamin D, recommended to strengthen the skin and bones, in addition to strengthening the immune system.

Reindeer (50%), Broth (27,8%), Herring (15%), Yogurt (2%), Banana (2%), Strawberries (2%), Minerals (1%) Salmon Oil (0,2%).

Yogurt: Natural source of Calcium, Protein, Potassium, and Magnesium, and Probiotics. Its bacteria are responsible for digesting the lactose in milk.
Banana: High content of potassium that helps prevent bones from weakening. It brings large amounts of healthy calcium.
Strawberries: Powerful Antioxidant, immune system enhancer and source of Vitamin C. They contain phenols, which help fight against the body’s inflammatory processes of the body.
